Day 1: Pick up from Florence train station

Arrive at the train station for 2:00pm where you will be greeted by Laura & Matteo, and transferred to the villa in our private minivan. After a briefing you will have free time to unpack and explore your beautiful home for the next 7 days. At 6:00pm we will have a welcome aperitivo around the pool, followed by an interactive cooking class where you will be taught how to cook delicious healthy Italian food.

Day 2: Foundations Day

Today is the most important day, as it will set you up and guide you for the rest of your life. We begin with our exercise session at 7:30am, followed by breakfast at 9:00am. Between 10:00am – 1:00pm we will have our first Uppy session, where we will be uncovering what’s truly important to you and what makes you happy. After lunch, we will continue to build your blueprint by uncovering what you really want your life to look like and define the steps you can take to make that happen. This will be followed by an opportunity to chill out before we head to a nearby village for dinner and a local festival.

Day 3: Back to Basics Day Tour

This day is dedicated to the simple things in life and an opportunity for you to re-connect with what truly makes you happy. After our morning exercise and breakfast we will hop on board our private minivan and be personally escorted by Matteo around areas of Tuscany you never knew existed – you can’t even find some of them on Google maps!! Expect stunning scenery, delicious local food, a chance to get your creative juices flowing, the freshest of air and maybe a little bit of wine! Dinner will be back at the villa followed by an evening of fun and games.

Day 4: Health & Wellbeing Day

Today is all about your physical body, and how you can optimise it. After exercise and breakfast our Uppy session will begin at 10:00am. This first session is designed to uncover where you’re at now with your health and wellbeing, and teach you about the physical implications of your busy lifestyle. After lunch we’ll start our afternoon session, where we’ll create personalised game plans to get your health back on track and your body re-aligned with your mind. Tonight we’ll have a progressive dinner where we’ll teach you how to prep simple meals for when you’re back at home, and eat it as we go!

Day 5: Beliefs & Self Day

Also known as ‘Breakthrough Day’, this is where we uncover what’s been holding you back from being the true you and living the life you truly want. Expect to go deep, but expect to bust through barriers and emerge the other side with a whole new perspective on the world and yourself. After our usual exercise session and breakfast we’ll have two Uppy sessions throughout the day, with lunch in the middle. Tonight we’ll go to a local trattoria for dinner and celebrate your breakthroughs and progress so far.

Day 6: Off the Beaten Track Day Tour

This morning we’ll go straight into breakfast as we’ll be getting plenty of exercise from our hike in the Pratomagno mountain. After exploring this stunning countryside we’ll make our way to a tiny hidden village for a true taste of Tuscany with a lunch made up of all local produce from around the Pratomagno. In the afternoon Matteo will escort us to some more untouched villages throughout the mountain, before returning back to the villa for some R&R and dinner.

Day 7: Communication & Reflect Day

The way we interact with others and ourselves has the power to make or break us, so in our first Uppy session of the day we’ll teach you how to communicate & respond effectively, both inside your own head and with all the people around you. After lunch we’ll go into session two where we’ll be reflecting on everything you’ve learnt and achieved throughout the week. This afternoon you will have the opportunity to re-visit any of the Uppy elements you would like more clarity on, and hot seat any specific questions you may have. For our final dinner together we’ll celebrate with a Tuscan BBQ on the open fire and some more fun & games.

Day 8: Departure Day

Today you can have a lie in! Breakfast will be served at 9:00am and we will transfer you back to Florence train station at 11:00am.
