Itinerary

Day 1: Group transfer from Bologna to the villa

Benvenuti! Welcome to Emilia Romagna! Upon arrival at the villa, you’ll be greeted by your chef and host with welcome drinks. Tonight, enjoy a delicious dinner at the villa, prepared by your chef.

Day 2: First cooking class with our Italian chef

After breakfast, dive into your first cooking lesson, where you’ll create dishes to enjoy for lunch. The afternoon is yours to relax by the pool or explore the villa’s beautiful surroundings. Dinner will be prepared for you this evening at the villa.

Day 3: Visits to Faenza and Brisighella

Following breakfast, we’ll visit Faenza, famous for its ceramics, before heading to the medieval town of Brisighella. Enjoy lunch at a local trattoria and return to the villa later in the afternoon for dinner.

Day 4: Cooking class and free time to explore

After breakfast, join your second cooking lesson with your chef, followed by lunch. The afternoon is free to relax by the pool, explore the villa grounds, or take a leisurely walk. Dinner will be served at the villa.

Day 5: Cooking class and afternoon visit to Ravenna

Start the day with your third cooking lesson and lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll visit the medieval town of Ravenna, famous for its stunning mosaics. Explore landmarks such as the Basilica di San Vitale and the Mausoleo di Galla Placidia. After sightseeing, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 6: Winery tour and tasting

After breakfast, enjoy another hands-on cooking lesson, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll visit a local winery for a private wine tasting and tour. Return to the villa for dinner, prepared by your chef.

Day 7: Final cooking lesson and farewell dinner

Enjoy your last cooking lesson after breakfast, followed by lunch. Spend the afternoon relaxing before gathering for a special farewell dinner, prepared by your chef.

Day 8: Group transfer back to Bologna Airport

After breakfast, relax before your transfer to Bologna Airport for your flight home. Arrivederci!
